Mosaic Development takes a thoughtful approach to community development. The creation of dynamic neighborhoods and housing opportunities for individuals, families and older adults is dependent on collaboration between a number of community stakeholders.
We continue to build on our experience developing affordable and workforce housing opportunities throughout the country. Mosaic Development was founded in order to provide a unique approach to real estate development with a focus on quality and integrity.

The Shoals, located in picturesque Door County, offers 45 units in a cottage-style. With attached garages and individual entrances, these one, two and three-bedroom layouts appeal to a variety of households.

Rise Apartments, located in downtown Appleton, is the redevelopment of three underutilized parking lots in the heart of the city. Residents have their choice of a mid-rise or townhome style building; both with access to common amenities and an ideal location.

City East is a collaborative project with Brown County United Way. BCUW built a beautiful new office for staff and for community-related activities in conjunction with 43-units of housing.

River North Cottages is a 45 unit, cottage-style development. With attached garages and individual entrances, these one, two and three bedroom layouts have added much needed housing units to the Waupaca community.

Park Ridge Cottages is under construction in Lomira. Opening in 2026, Park Ridge will be 45 units of cottage-style apartments.

Archive Apartments is the redevelopment of an underutilized parcel near downtown Appleton. Opening in 2026, Archive will be 40 units.
